A Chartered Accountant by training, a systems person by instinct — Darshil has spent the last decade at the seam between finance teams and the software they rely on.
Darshil qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and went on to complete the DISA (Diploma in Information Systems Audit), a specialist qualification in systems auditing. Before founding OPR Technovation, he spent his early career inside Big-Four assurance — where he first saw how much value lay in the unglamorous middle ground between finance and IT.
He founded OPR Technovation in 2019 with a simple premise: the CA profession had to do better than just signing off on what the system produced — it had to own the system too. Seven years in, the firm runs a tight practice of ERP consulting, system audits, digital-transformation programmes and Virtual CFO retainers for growing enterprises across India and the Gulf.
