A 30-minute call — the partner only, no sales team. We ask you to walk us through the problem as you see it. By the end of the call, you'll have a clear sense of whether we're the right firm, a rough shape of what an engagement would look like, and a one-line scoping note in your inbox the next morning. No obligation either way.
Our sweet spot is founder- or promoter-led businesses between ₹10 crore and ₹500 crore of revenue, across manufacturing, NBFC, SaaS and retail. We take on smaller engagements for businesses on a growth trajectory, and larger mandates on referral.
Diagnostic engagements and statutory audits are fixed-fee. Implementation oversight and transformation work are retained on a monthly basis. Virtual CFO retainers start from a 6-month minimum commitment. We quote plainly and don't move the number once the scope is set.
No. We do not accept referral fees, commissions or revenue-share from any ERP, cloud or software vendor. Our only financial relationship is with the client that pays us.
